3 Bedroom, 2 Bath house located on Oceanfront property inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home known as Tis the Sea-Sun, is a beautiful stilted house in Ocean Lakes Family Campground located near all amenities.   It is beautifully decorated with a beachy atmosphere that makes you feel like you're at the beach!  Tis the Sea-Sun is located very near the campground store, nature center,  pet park and only steps away from the water park.  If you enjoy walking, we are within walking distance to the beach.  If you're not an avid walker, a short golf cart ride or bike ride will take you to the beach and to all amenities located inside the campground.  Our home is fully furnished and sleeps up to 7 people.  After a day at the beach, wash the sand away in our large outdoor shower with hot/cold water and then head upstairs to the large, covered, relaxing front porch.  Tis the Sea-Sun includes 1 queen master bedroom suite with a full private bathroom.  Additionally, one queen size bedroom and 1 bunk room with a twin over double bunk bed will share a full bathroom with a shower located off the hallway.  The home includes complimentary WiFi/cable with a tv in every bedroom.  The kitchen is fully furnished and has a dining area and bar for indoor dining.  If you choose to dine outside, there is a dining table and chairs for 6 people located on the covered front porch.  Downstairs, there is an additional dining/entertainment area with an outdoor kitchen.  The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, gas grill, and a bar.  With both counter height and bar height stools, there are chairs to seat and serve up to 8 people at the bar.  There is also a lounging area with chairs, a table, and a swing for relaxing while watching the outdoor tv.  Families can enjoy their stay while making memories that last forever in this beautiful home known as Tis the Sea-Sun.

Full outdoor kitchen located downstairs with an entertainment area! The outdoor kitchen features a concrete bar with seating for 8, covered gas grill, sink, and refrigerator.  For entertainment, enjoy swinging or sitting in a cozy lounge area while watching t.v. or listening to music!

Master Bedroom suite with Queen Bed and Full Bath.

Bunk room features beds for 3 people...1 twin bed and 1 double bed.

Shared bath located in hallway with walk in shower.

Large kitchen with dining area for 4, and seating at bar for 3.  Everyone has a place to sit for mealtime togetherness.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need for food preparation.

Noteworthy Items:

Golf cart is not included with this house. Golf carts can be rented through Ocean Lakes Family Campground onsite.

To enjoy the amenities offered by Ocean Lakes, everyone must obtain car passes from Ocean Lakes and they must be purchased separately from this agreement through Ocean Lakes. The fee charged is $12 per day/per vehicle if purchased in advance or $15 per day/per vehicle if purchased upon arrival. Instructions for purchasing car passes will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

All renters are required to pay a $500 Damage Deposit. This deposit is refundable to you if there is no damage to the house and if no fines or violations are assessed by Ocean Lakes during your stay. Instructions for paying the Damage Deposit will be emailed to you after your booking is approved. Damage Deposit if due within 10 days of booking approval.

***Must be at least 25 years old to rent this house. Must be present at check in and during the entire duration of your stay.

***Absolutely no partying...if you're looking for a party house...this is not the house for you!

***No smoking/vaping inside the house, no candles, no fireworks. No drugs permitted.

***Must abide by all rules and policies of the Owner and Ocean Lakes set forth in the Rental Contract which will be emailed to you upon booking acceptance.

Ocean Lakes Family Campground is located at 6001 S. Kings Hwy., Myrtle Beach, SC. 29575.  Our house number is Z47.  After entering Ocean Lakes and passing the Security Gate, continue straight on Ocean Lakes Drive.  After passing the "twin" lakes on your left and right sides, bear to your right at the blinking speed limit sign onto Sunset Trail.  At the first stop sign, turn right onto Magnolia Lake Circle.  From there, take the 3rd left onto Campground Rd.  Our house, Z47, will be the 4th "house" on the right.  The house is a rust orange color and the second to the last house on the right side on that road.
