4 Bedroom, 3 Bath house located on Oceanfront property inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground

Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home known as Lei-Sea Daze, is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated! It is ground level and located in the quiet MH section of Ocean Lakes Family Campground. If you're an avid walker, you will enjoy walking to the beach and all amenities. If not, a short golf cart ride or bike ride will take you to the beach and to all amenities located inside the campground. Our home is fully furnished and sleeps up to 11 people. Enjoy the large, covered, relaxing front porch with an attached  deck or hide away on the side deck after a day at the beach. A large new outdoor shower will wash all the sand away! This spacious home includes two (1 king, 1 queen) master bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms in each, an additional queen sized bedroom, and 1 bunk room with 3 twin bunk beds and 1 double bunk bed. There is also an additional third full bath. The home includes complimentary WiFi and internet with a tv in every bedroom. The kitchen is fully furnished and large enough for the entire family to enjoy meals together in the dining area, at the bar, or at the large island shaped like a boat!  There is also an additional area that can be used as an extra dining table or an area for family game time.  A gas grill is available for those who enjoy grilling. Lei Sea Daze is truly a home away from home where families can vacation and make lifetime memories together.

Two large Master Bedroom Suites:  1 with King Bed and Full Bath.   Also exit the bedroom through  French doors leading to the front porch!   1 with Queen bed and Full Bath with walk-in shower!  Quiet sitting/reading area in each Master Bedroom Suite.

Another Bedroom with Queen bed and large walk in closet, quiet sitting area. 

Bunk room features beds for 5 people...3 twin beds and 1 double bed.

Third bath located in hallway.

WiFi/Cable throughout...TV's in every bedroom and living room.

Large kitchen with dining area for 4, seating at handmade "boat island" for 3, seating at bar for 3, and...enjoy the extra hand painted coral reef dining table/game table that can seat 4 more people for dining if needed!  Everyone has a place to sit for mealtime togetherness. 

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need for food preparation.  Gas grill for barbecuing outside.

Washer/Dryer furnished in large laundry room.

Large family room with sectional sofa and recliner.

Ceiling fans in every bedroom except the bunk room.

Noteworthy Items:

Golf cart is not included with this house.  Golf carts can be rented through Ocean Lakes Family Campground onsite.

To enjoy the amenities offered by Ocean Lakes, everyone must obtain car passes from Ocean Lakes and they must be purchased separately from this agreement through Ocean Lakes.  The fee charged is $12 per day/per vehicle if purchased in advance or $15 per day/per vehicle if purchased upon arrival.  Instructions for purchasing car passes will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

All renters are required to pay a $500 Damage Deposit.  This deposit is refundable to you if there is no damage to the house, all rules and policies per the contract are followed, and if no fines or violations are assessed by Ocean Lakes during your stay.  Instructions for paying the Damage Deposit will be emailed to you after your booking is approved.  Damage Deposit if due within 10 days of booking approval.

***Must be at least 25 years old to rent this house.  Must be present at check in and during the entire duration of your stay.

***Absolutely no partying...if you're looking for a party house...this is not the house for you!

***No smoking/vaping inside the house, no candles, no fireworks.  No drugs permitted.

***Must abide by all rules and policies of the Owner and Ocean Lakes set forth in the Rental Contract which will be emailed to you upon booking acceptance.

Ocean Lakes Family Campground is located at 6001 S. Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29575. Once you pass through the “gate” (security building) inside Ocean Lakes, take the first right onto Spring Lane which goes by the golf cart sales office. At the stop sign, turn left onto Coral Drive. Take the third left and turn onto Dick Pond Drive. At the stop sign at the end of Dick Pond Drive, the house is immediately in front of you on Campground Road. The house is lime green in color so you will see it straight in front of you.

There is parking in front of the house for 3 vehicles. There is also a driveway if needed. We normally reserve the driveway for golf cart entrance so if you plan to use a golf cart, please park in the area in front of the house.
